ConnectRail Services Limited is a wholly indigenous rail haulage, infrastructure and logistics support firm with an established working relationship with the Nigerian Railway Corporation, to provide rail freight/haulage services to businesses in Nigeria seeking to move goods by rail. Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Apapa, Abeokuta/Ota, Ibadan, Oshogbo, Offa, Ilorin, Jebba, Mokwa, Zungeru, Minna, Kaduna, Zaria and Kano.
 
 Functions
 
Sales
 Source for clients to transport their goods by rail. Cheaper, Safer, faster
 
Market intelligence
 Provide constant feedback on competitors – road transport
 
Research
 Field research with clients to identify new products and services
 
Operations
 Coordinate loading and unloading operations
 
 
Requirements
 Minimum 2 years sales experience in haulage company or FMCG (eg flourmills, Dangote etc) with proven track record of success and existing database of contacts in location applied for
 
Qualifications
 2-1 in any of the arts disciples and related courses from a reputable school preferably in the state of location applied for
 Sales trainings and certifications
 
Skills
 Computer literate and internet savvy
 Good use of modern communication tools
 Multilingual – Must be fluent in local language in location applied for

The more current a Sales Engineer's technology skill sets, the greater the demand for his candidacy. Earnings potential is driven by the candidate's sales and business acumen and business acumen, but you first must ante up with the technology and communication skills.
